Ingredients
- 2 cups organic turkey stock or chicken broth
- 1.5 tsp dried rosemary
- 1.5 tsp rubbed sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp grass fed butter
- 1 tsp arrowroot starch

Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, melt butter, and add onion and garlic.
- Cook until onion is translucent 4-5 minutes.
- Season garlic and onions with the rosemary, sage, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Cook for an additional minute.
- Add in the chicken or turkey stock. In a separate cup add 1 teaspoon of arrowroot starch to 2 teaspoons of water and stir.
- Whisk the water and arrowroot into the warm liquid.
- Remove from the heat once it is thickened 30 seconds to 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
