- 4 medium tomatillos
- 1/2 white onion coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 1 serrano chile coarsely chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped

Instructions
- Remove husks from tomatillos.
- Rinse in cold water.
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth. (Alternatively, for a crunchier salsa you can finely chop all ingredients and stir together to combine).
- Store in refrigerator.
