Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes (plus more for garnish)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 5 drops stevia more to taste
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp grass fed gelatin optional
- pinch sea salt

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients and stir until it reaches the consistency of thick paste.
- Form into 1-in balls.
- Garnish with additional coconut flakes.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Enjoy when cooled or refrigerate to enjoy later!
