- 1 scoop bone broth protein powder (link below)
- 2 tsp Kirkmann Colostrom Gold unflavored (link below)
- 1 tsp Revived Living probiotic powder (link below)
- 2 tsp Revived GI Support (link below)
- 1 scoop Revived Fruits and Greens Powder (link below)
- 1 tbsp cod liver oil/flax oil/coconut oil/MCT oil any 1 of those
- 1 cup coconut milk canned or carton
- handful ice cubes
- few drops liquid stevia optional
- optional: berries, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, granny smith apples, peppers, romaine lettuce, ginger, chia seeds, turmeric or whatever produce you want to experiment with
