Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale destemmed
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375F.
- Toss destemmed kale with melted coconut oil, liquid aminos, salt, and pepper in an oven proof dish.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, and watch closely for doneness, based on desired crispiness. (Alternately, place kale on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate according to manufacturer guidelines).
