Homemade Cashew Butter
Trader Joe’s is a great place to get these at a reasonable price
melted coconut oil, or avocado oil
Place cashews, salt, and stevia in blender or food processor.
Process until smooth, stopping periodically to “push” mixture back down with a spatula.
Add oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you achieve your desired consistency.
Store in mason jar in the refrigerator.
Once you get used to making cashew butter, try adding a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for a burst of flavor!
