Instructions
  1. Place cashews, salt, and stevia in blender or food processor.
  2. Process until smooth, stopping periodically to “push” mixture back down with a spatula.
  3. Add oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Store in mason jar in the refrigerator.
  5. Once you get used to making cashew butter, try adding a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for a burst of flavor!
