Wanting to jazz up that turkey or chicken you are roasting? Need a little pep to that steak you’ve grilled? Try this herbacious mouth watering compound butter!

Ingredients
- 1 stick or 1/2 cup grass fed butter
- 1.5 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pink sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1.5 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1.5 tbsp fresh sage chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Twist ends to seal well.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Slice into rounds and enjoy on steaks, poultry, or vegetables. You can also use this whole stick to rub on your holiday turkey or chicken!
