Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries assorted berries are great
- 1/2 cup ice if using fresh berries instead of frozen
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado include the pit if you have a high power blender, like a Vita-Mix
- Handful fresh kale, spinach, or romain lettuce omit kale if autoimmune
- 1 free range egg or 1/2 scoop grass fed protein powder, (omit the egg if autoimmune)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
- 2-3 drops stevia optional

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except protein powder) into Vita-Mix blender or other high powered blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to thin out.
- Once smooth, add protein powder and pulse for a few seconds to combine. Enjoy!
