- 1/4 inch fresh ginger root, or 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cucumber
- Handful fresh or frozen spinach
- Handful fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup cashew milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 scoop grass fed protein powder (about 2 tbsp)
