This recipe uses palm shortening. As mayonnaise is used in small amounts as a condiment, the substitution of ghee is acceptable, if desired.

- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup palm shortening (substitute: ghee or butter)
- 1 tsp sea salt
