  1. Using a 2 cup ball jar add in full fat plain yogurt. Drop in the stevia one drop at a time and mix until it is to your liking.
  2. Add in hemp seeds, flax meal, and chia seeds.
  3. Lastly top with strawberries. Screw the lid on tightly and store in the fridge until ready to use!
Recipe Notes

Feel free to change up the fruit or seeds you use! Blueberries, cashews, sliced apples, pumpkin seeds, etc would all be wonderful in here!
