An easy, healthy, fast snack to have on hand for when the hunger bug strikes. Best of all, you are avoiding all of those dyes and sugars in pre-made yogurt cups.

Ingredients
- 1 cup organic full fat plain yogurt for a dairy free option use coconut cream in a can
- 6 strawberries sliced
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 4-6 drops liquid stevia or to taste

Instructions
- Using a 2 cup ball jar add in full fat plain yogurt. Drop in the stevia one drop at a time and mix until it is to your liking.
- Add in hemp seeds, flax meal, and chia seeds.
- Lastly top with strawberries. Screw the lid on tightly and store in the fridge until ready to use!
Recipe Notes
Feel free to change up the fruit or seeds you use! Blueberries, cashews, sliced apples, pumpkin seeds, etc would all be wonderful in here!
