Instructions
  1. Add chopped carrots and onions to crock pot.
  2. Mix arrowroot powder and water to combine, and pour over vegetables.
  3. Salt and pepper both sides of roast and lay on top of vegetables.
  4. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
  6. Add fresh or dried rosemary and thyme and cook an additional hour.
  7. Check for doneness (165F) with a meat thermometer. Remove meat, slice, and serve all ingredients together using sauce in bottom of crock pot as a dipping sauce.
