Ingredients
- 1 cup arrowroot starch
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1.5 tbsp fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 tbsp water divided
- 2 tbsp grass fed gelatin
- 2 tbsp grass fed butter melted
- 2 tbsp water
- optional: top with a sprinkling of sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a stand mixer or a medium sized bowl, combine the arrowroot starch, coconut flour, salt, pepper, herbs, onion powder and garlic powder well.
- In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water to 2 tablespoons gelatin until gelatin is wet.
- To this mixture, add 4 tablespoons of hot water and whisk vigorously until it turns to a thick, sticky paste.
- Add this “egg-substitute” gelatin mixture to your flour mixture along with the butter and water and beat until a dough ball starts to form.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat and place the dough ball on the baking sheet.
- Form the dough into a rounded ball and start to flatten with your hands.
- Using a rolling pin roll the rest of the dough out until about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if you would like. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the crackers are lightly browned.
