- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 lbs free range chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Dressing of choice on the side

Instructions
- Mix coconut flour with all seasonings.
- Dice chicken and add to flour mixture, stirring to coat.
- Melt coconut oil in a large saucepan. Add chicken pieces in small batches, turning with tongs until all sides are slightly browned and chicken is cooked through.
- Set aside and cook remaining chicken pieces, adding more oil if necessary.
- Add cooked chicken to a salad or dip in your favorite dressing!
