- 2 cups coconut milk canned or carton
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia to taste, or use raw honey

Instructions
- For the whole seed version: mix everything together in a bowl.
- Store in a glass airtight container or mason jar. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For a blended seed version: pour everything into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
