Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, green chiles, and garlic and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in chicken/shrimp.
  5. Place into serving bowls and top with avocado, cabbage and lime wedges. Enjoy!
