Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 1 8 oz package organic turkey bacon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 free range chicken breasts fresh or pre-cooked from prep day
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
- Sauté spinach for just a few seconds, and set aside.
- Fry turkey bacon in coconut oil until crispy.
- Re-heat prepped chicken and shred, or chop up fresh chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper and cook in coconut oil with minced garlic.
- Chop cooked turkey bacon into pieces and add to chicken.
- Mix in spinach and serve immediately.
