Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower chopped
- 1 can coconut cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
- Bring a large steamer pot of water to boil. Steam cauliflower for 15 minutes.
- Drain and add to blender.
- Add coconut cream and blend.
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
- Re-heat in pot, or serve immediately. Garnish with chopped green onions.
