  1. Chop cauliflower into florets and bite size chunks.
  2. Cook over stove in bone broth that has been brought to a simmer along with garlic until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in coconut oil until crispy. Set aside to cool.
  4. Place cauliflower, broth, garlic, and salt into blender. Blend until smooth.
  5. Chop green onions. Crumble turkey bacon.
  6. Pour soup into serving bowls and top with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped green onions.
  7. If you prepare in bulk, simply stir crumbles and chopped onion into soup and freeze in individual servings.
