Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 cups bone broth or chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 4 green onions

Instructions
- Chop cauliflower into florets and bite size chunks.
- Cook over stove in bone broth that has been brought to a simmer along with garlic until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Cook turkey bacon in coconut oil until crispy. Set aside to cool.
- Place cauliflower, broth, garlic, and salt into blender. Blend until smooth.
- Chop green onions. Crumble turkey bacon.
- Pour soup into serving bowls and top with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped green onions.
- If you prepare in bulk, simply stir crumbles and chopped onion into soup and freeze in individual servings.
