Instructions
  1. Cook turkey bacon in coconut oil. Set aside to cool, then crumble.
  2. Prepare mayo or use pre-made.
  3. Combine mayo with yogurt, vinegar and optional stevia in a medium bowl.
  4. Toss in turkey bacon crumbles, and remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir to mix evenly and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Can be prepared one day in advance.
