Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut cream or coconut butter if using canned coconut milk, simply use cream and reserve liquid for use in smoothies
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 5-10 drops stevia or more to taste
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Spread mixture into pan evenly with spatula.
- Gently press down with a top layer of parchment paper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Lift out of pan with parchment paper and cut into squares with a pizza cutter. Can freeze to use as needed.
