Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic cut in half
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 leek green parts only sliced thinly
- 4 cups homemade veggie stock
- 4 cups of greens of your choice: roughly chopped, spinach, kale, swiss chard, collard greens, etc.
- 1/4 cup parsley minced
- 3 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos, or coconut aminos more to taste
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Sauté halved garlic cloves in coconut oil until slightly brown in a stockpot or dutch oven.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes!
- Garnish with extra parsley. Enjoy immediately, or freeze for later!
