EMFs and Your Health
The health dangers associated with Electromagnetic Frequencies, also known as EMF or EMR, are hard to understand simply because it isn’t something we can see or feel.
When you drive by a cell tower on your way to work you can see the tower itself, but you can’t see the cellular signals running to and from that tower.
If you COULD see those signals, imagine what it would look like! Thousands of spiderweb-like signals running back and forth between each cell tower and linked with every cell phone within range.
Cell phone radiation is just one example. Take a look around you right now.
What signals are around you? Is your wifi on? Are you on your laptop or cell phone? What is linked to your wifi? Your printer? Thermostat? Is your car its very own personal hot spot?
Once you start thinking about every piece of technology that exists today it starts to sink in that we are constantly exposed to electromagnetic radiation.
The goal of this article is to give you some background on what EMFs are, how they harm your health, and ways you can minimize your exposure to keep you and your family safe.
I was recently interviewed by Dr. Jay Davidson on his “Detox and Nutrition Coach Podcast.” Listen or watch that interview HERE. This interview discusses my personal story about my sensitivity to electricity and why I thought I was going crazy!
What is electromagnetic radiation?
Simply put, electromagnetic radiation is a frequency given off by electrical devices. Some electrical devices produce more radiation than others.
A few examples include your home’s wireless network (wifi), smart meters, electric vehicles, the wiring in your home, your cell phone radiation¹, and your refrigerator motor, to name a few.
While these advances in technology are incredibly impressive, the exposure to them can be harmful to our health.
If you leave this page remembering one thing, make it this: our advances in technology far exceed the safety studies to support them. We do not fully realize how far reaching these health effects will be.
Symptoms of EMF Sensitivity:
Our bodies, as well as every other living organism on the planet, produce unique energy frequencies that all work together. These energy frequencies are like a well-conducted symphony.
The frequencies produced from electrical devices are very different from our own body’s frequencies. Those foreign frequencies impact our cell’s photons, which you can think of as the conductor of our body’s symphony.
Photons are responsible for communicating with different cellular structures, like atoms and electrons.
The frequencies from electrical devices disorganize our photons, which directly impacts their ability to do their job. This is one of the many reasons why the Environmental Protection Agency labeled magnetic radiation as a Class 3 Carcinogen.
Chronic EMF exposures have been linked with cancer, chronic fatigue, and neurological and behavioral problems².
If that all sounds like gibberish to you then just remember this: EMFs have the ability to harm every cell in your body, which also means they can cause a wide variety of symptoms.
