EMF: Keeping Your Family Safe From Electromagnetic Radiation

Helping Our Bodies Recover From EMF Exposure
We are all exposed to EMF sources that are outside of our control6. This happens at work, school, church, shopping, and about every other place you can think of.
Rather than get overwhelmed about it all, take steps to recover when you get home. Your body stores up this excess electricity throughout the day and needs ways to “discharge.” The main ways to discharge that help me the most are:
- Taking an EMF bath. Mix one cup of epsom salt with a half cup of baking soda. Add 4 drops of Frankincense or Lavender essential oil directly to the mix, then pour under running water. This is a great detox bath in general, but will help you balance out your body’s energy field. I recommend doing this as often as possible, but once per week at a minimum.
- Get outside and go barefoot! When I was at my worst I laid outside in the dirt, in the winter, in very little clothing. After a few minutes I started to feel like myself again. Now I do this daily. I also use grounding bedsheets at night.
- Increase your antioxidants. Antioxidants directly combat the effects of free radicals produced by EMF exposure. This supplement is a great way to bump up your antioxidants!
- Tapping, or the Emotional Freedom Technique, can help normalize your body’s frequencies. This is my favorite video on the basics of tapping because it is short and straightforward. If you ever see me driving and tapping while talking to myself, you now know what I’m up to!
Hopefully, you can tell that this topic is SO important! I could talk for hours and hours all about EMFs, but these are the basics to get you on your way to keeping yourself and your family safe.
